Unfortunately due to the costs involved in the setup of these servers the first month is not free as per our other hosting packages.
Setup and monthly fees apply for our managed hosting services as indicated under the packages.
YES! You sure can! You are welcome to contact us to have your existing hosting and domain transferred to one of our hosting packages.
Our website technology updates, health check-ups, and security updates form part of all packages except the entry level Small Business Hosting Package.
Most websites today run on PHP coding technology. This technology needs to be kept up to date in order for your website not to break, not be hacked, and to get a good healthy result on Google.
Unfortunately most mainstream hosting providers do not include these services as standard and therefore many websites go out of date, become insecure, and become ridden with errors due to no maintenance.
At Hostwave however, these updates are standard in most of our packages.
You will receive a notification from us of over-usage to clear out some hosting space.
Please note that managed hosting servers are capped. Once the server is full, hosting space cannot be increased, but you do have the option to upgrade to a larger server or add another server.
We have a 90-Day cancellation policy on our managed hosting servers. This is unfortunately due to the costs involved in the setup and retirement of servers on cancellation.
Except for the monthly hosting fee the only other fee will be your yearly domain name renewal fee.
Domain names need to be renewed on a yearly basis to keep using them. This yearly fee depends on the domain type. The domain name renewal fees can be view here.
