Unfortunately no.  You will need to be a designer and have some understanding of how to work on WordPress, Elementor, and Woocommerce. We only supply you with the framework and back-end customisation – a designer will need to design the website.

In simple terms… We provide the back-end functionality and you do the design work.

Over the last couple of years we have noticed a lot of design agencies working with free website tools that never solve their client needs. Many design agencies are great at design but lack the knowledge to properly set up a website and prepare it for SEO.

Our hosting for design agencies are aimed at designers who are in need of expert guidance during the set up of a client website. We furthermore answer any questions you may have during your design process to guide you in merging your great design with a purpose built back-end.

We’ve got more than 20+ years of experience in not only wordpress, but also all forms of website coding. We are also SEO, SEM, Shopify, Woocommerce, HTML, CSS, and PHP coding experts.

We have not only completed work for clients in South Africa but also globally. We currently have clients in; SA, USA, UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Germany and Seychelles.

We are also open to any further assistance you might need. Should you need something custom coded for your client we offer hourly coding / development rates to assist you. But… Please do note these services are only available to designers and design agencies. We do not offer this to the general public.

We will answer any question from which plugins are the best to use, to tips and advice on best practices. All within our fair usage policy which will be provided upon your application.

As part of our WordPress hosting packages our pre-install process is:

1. Setup of your hosting environment.
2. Installation of WordPress (streamlined for best usage and performance).
3. Installation of Elementor website builder for designers (free version).
4. Installation of a Header and Footer builder.
5. Installation of Contact Form plugin.
6. Installation of Recaptcha for contact forms.
7. Basic SEO plugins pre-installed.
8. Installation of Woocommerce and payment plugins* (package dependent and install only).
9. Installation of Website Security.
10. Setup of your access to the back-end.
11. Answers to your questions.
12. Guidance on any other plugins needed related to your client needs.
13. Guidance on best practices for your website.
14. Guidance on best practices for web design.

Important note – Support and questions for websites not hosted on your package with us are not included.

Also note that the pre-install is based on basic WordPress and basic Woocommerce. The below list is not included. We are however more than happy to assist with any custom work which can be quoted on at our hourly rates (or on monthly retainer if you join our partner program):

• Custom CSS styling.
• Custom Themes.
• Custom coding.
• SEO, SEM and any other form of online marketing.
• Uploading and styling of content.
• Page layouts according to your design mockups.
• Payment gateway setups.
• Linking to social media and social shops.
• Anything Google related; submission to Google, Analytics setups, maps etc.

Except for the monthly hosting fee the only other fees will be:

• your yearly domain name renewal fees.
• in limited cases storage space and traffic over-usage fees. If you run over the allocated storage R10 per 1GB over-usage apply.
• any custom work required from us (will be quoted upon first).

Domain names need to be renewed on a yearly basis to keep using them. This yearly fee depends on the domain type. The domain name renewal fees can be view here.
