Unfortunately due to the costs involved in the setup of these servers the first month is not free as per our other hosting packages.
Setup and monthly fees apply for our managed hosting services as indicated under the packages.
You will receive a notification from us of over-usage to clear out some hosting space.
Please note that managed hosting servers are capped. Once the server is full, hosting space cannot be increased. We will happily quote on a custom server upgrade in this case.
We have a 90-Day cancellation policy on our managed hosting servers. This is unfortunately due to the costs involved in the setup and retirement of servers on cancellation.
Except for the monthly hosting server fee the only other fees will be your yearly domain name renewal fees.
Domain names need to be renewed on a yearly basis to keep using them. This yearly fee depends on the domain type. The domain name renewal fees can be view here.
